Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for one property and up to 25 bookings a month. No card required.
Do you connect to Airbnb?+
On Pro and Business, paste your Airbnb (or Booking.com / VRBO) iCal URL and Roost syncs new bookings every hour. We also export an iCal you can subscribe to in Google or Apple Calendar.
Can my caretaker or co-host log in?+
Yes — team members and co-hosts are included on the Business plan, with role-based access per property.
Will guests be messaged automatically?+
No. Roost prepares the right message at the right moment, but you stay in control. One tap opens WhatsApp or copies it to your clipboard.
Can I change plans later?+
